The electric A/C condenser fans are controlled by the PCM and will engage at a certain temperature to help with engine cooling. ( Support )

Unfortunately the fan assembly that your chassis requires is no longer made. The part# was W8000346, You will have to find an aftermarket fan to use in its place.
