Is this the piece that isolates the middle spring “hook” from sliding on the “clevis” knuckle that WH put both a top and bottom one in starting ‘03/‘04, but only a bottom one in prior years? Seems they used to come in a kit, for a $100+ a kit.

    Your VIN calls for the W8000321 for the front, and W0005012 for the rear. We do show that the W0005012 is a functional/suitable replacement for the W8000321 also.

I'm sorry but we do not have a replacement for that part# at the moment. We are working with a different manufacturer to hopefully replace it in the near future.

Does this part apply to the front Leaf spring assemblies only?

No this part is compatible with both the front and rear leaf spring assemblies.
