This hose can be substituted for the following part #s: W0009454, 15026328, 15724142, W0007676

Description:

This is a custom hose to replace multiple discontinued high side A/C hoses so there will be differences between the original and this one but it is made to be a direct replacement.
Please note that if this is being used on 2001-2006 Workhorse you may have to remove the A/C shut off valve that is connected to the condenser for this hose to fit.

Workhorse W-Series and P-Series Chassis Equipped with an 8.1L Engine
