Description:

The MorRyde Rubber Leaf (RL) Suspension System works in concert with the existing leaf spring suspension system to provide your riders a softer, smoother, more comfortable ride.

Replacement rubber shear spring pack for Mor/Ryde suspension. 

  • - 2 Blocks Bonded Together - No Bolts
  • - Plate: 5" x 10"
  • - Holes: 3" x 9" from center to center
  • - DSR springs can be used on any RL system
  • - Replaces the #2, #6 and #7 MO shear springs.
  • - Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) needed to determine density of rubber
  • - Density of rubber may be determined by number stamped in original spring, ie: 63 = DSR108-063

Applications:

  • Ford: E250-E550, F250-F550, F53 Chassis
  • Chevy: G3500-G4500, C4500-C5500, P30/P32 Chassis
  • Workhorse: W20-W24 Chassis

I have the #7 stamped in mine that i need to replace. which DSR density matches the 7? ( John, 05/24/2019 )
It may be the -075 but I would recommend contacting Mor/Ryde directly to double check.
Cannot read existing rubber density # on More/Ryde DSR1208 Rubber Shear Spring. The Rubber Shear Spring is failing and I need to order (set) of new ones. The rear (being replaced) Gross Axle Weight Rear is 7,800 lbs. Can you provide me with the correct rubber density product number for this vehicle? Thank you for your assistance! You would need to contact Mor/Ryde directly to determine the correct part# for your application 574-293-1581

If I order one will I get a pair? And also, the existing part is clearly stamped "100", but I have another bus which is very similar and its shear is stamped "75" (VIN is 1fdxe45s51hb03253), which makes me wonder if DSR 108 100 is the correct part. Thanks for the help

The Mor/Ryde shear springs are sold individually so if you want a pair you would need to order 2. If the other bus has "75" stamped on it, then you would want to order the DSR108-075. There must be an axle weight difference between the two vehicles which accounts for the one requiring the "100" density.
