Unfortunately we are not able to look up parts for a Safari Magnum chassis by VIN. The part you are inquiring is for a GM/Workhorse chassis so chances are it would not be compatible.

Is part #W8002086 compatible with my 2004 workhorse P32 motorhome? (2005 Holiday Rambler Admiral SE).
If not, which is the part I need.

Yes that ignition switch is correct for the P32 chassis. If you have a burnt switch we recommend replacing with W8002085 which upgrades the electrical system to distribute the load away from the switch.

Could you please check my VIN for this ignition switch. My vehicle is actually a P-32 motorhome with 6.5l turbo Diesel, not the 8.1 petrol. Expecting it fits both.

Yes the W8002086 is correct for your application. Alternatively you can order W8002085 which is a kit designed to redistribute the electrical load off the ignition switch so that ignition switch failure in the future would be much less likely. I did a quick shipping calculation and it came out to $62.15 for International Priority shipping.
