W8000528 is the correct engine oil cooler lines for your VIN.

Will these lines work? I have been struggling trying to find oil lines that screw into oil cooler and have o-rings on the ends. Dorman has not been helpful. Seems hard to find parts for workhorses.

The VIN you provided is missing a digit so I am unable to verify this part for you. However, this is a very common engine cooler hose assembly for the 5.7L so I am pretty sure it will be the correct one for you.

W8000528 Hose Asm. Is that the right part for model? 2003 Tiffin Alegro with Workhorse chassis.

No that is not the correct engine oil cooler lines for your VIN. You would need part# 15002888
