Hello Gordon, we don't have a Spartan VIN catalog to verify, but the 99B-3234 should be correct for that chassis . 2004-2022 Spartan K2, K3 IFS 16K to 18K w/ Tuthill (Reyco Granning) Front IFS
Please Note:

Some Spartan front IFS systems use a lower shock mounting bracket that is not compatible with the Koni mount. When replacing Bilstein part# BE5-6199-H0, BE5-6199-H1 or 24-061999 you may need this kit.

If your lower mount uses a "pin" instead of a bolt in the lower shock mount you will need to order x2 of part # APK-10000

Hello Brent, we don't have a Spartan Vin catalog to look those up, and also the VIN is missing a digit ( should be 17) . If you can confirm what suspension you have or get part #'s off existing shocks, we can help determine the correct part # for the Koni shocks.

Unfortunately Spartan is no longer providing us with part #s by VIN since they also sell Koni. If you call or email them they should give you a part # that you can type into our site to see if it cross references to a Koni.

Hello Frank, due to the various suspension options on Spartan chassis, we recommend getting part #'s from Spartan (or off original shocks) and we can check for a Koni application.

According to Spartan you have a Hendrickson AirTek front suspension and this Koni shock is not compatible. The Spartan part # is 0494-SS5-011.
