Question, For the core charge on the ECM, Can I keep this as a spare or do I have to send this back? Is there a downside to using the ECM that you send out.

If you pay the core charge, you can keep your ECM, there is no downside to using the ECM we send you.

Yes and HP is guaranteed, just not fuel mileage increase.
