I am unsure if my rv is a common rail.
I have the allison 3000 transmission and the engine is rated at 400HP

This should be the correct part for a 2006 model. Can you send your VIN or Cummins engine serial # so we can 100% confirm?

Yes you are already at the upper limits of the Allison 2500MH transmission so I wouldn't recommend a module that does not take that into account.
