You will need to extract the plastic threaded piece the best method you see fit but you will not need to bleed or worry about fluid coming out.
How do I remove the plastic threads that broke of clean at the master cylinder housing with the pin still inside the housing. I will be ordering pressure switch # W8000130 Thanks

You will basically just have to use a small pick/screwdriver and carefully extract it.
Does this pressure switch fit our 2002 F650?

We are not able to VIN verify, but, as long as your truck has the Bosch Hydromax brake system then it should work. We have had previous customers with this vehicle that have ordered and it fit.
My problem is that I tried installing a new sensor and couldn't get it in and now see that the first part of the plastic threads are striped. I think that I might have damaged the female threads in removing the old piece. :-( So someone suggested that I get a "tap" and clean those threads. The burrs appear only at the beginning. So the big question....Can you tell me what size tap I need and is it considered to be a standard thread??? I sure got myself in a pickle. Thxs.....The part is W8000130....

The W8000130 has plastic threads so you shouldn't need to go as far as a tap. You should be able to extract it with a pick and a bit of patience.
