I'm getting a series of TPPS error codes: P1516 P2120 P2125 P2135 P0220 P1125 I was told to replace the throttle body and modify to a direct link instead of the drive by wire system but I am reluctant to undertake the work. My preference would be to replace the components that are failing; but I'm not sure this is what I'm looking for, or if I just need the position sensor. ( James Witmer, 10/06/2018 )

The picture for part # w 0003519 doesn't look like the gas pedal I need. Does giving you my vin number change the item automatically to the one I need.

The pedal assembly for your VIN is different than this one. The pedal assembly as a whole is no longer available but the pedal position sensor is and the part# is 25140219.

I have a 2003 workhorse vortec v8 8.1L (itasca MH) i am getting a "Reduces engine throttle" P1518 error code, I have replaced the throttle body harness and throttle body. The ETM 15amp fuse keeps blowing, is the throttle pedal causing this fuse to blow?

Gary,

There is a few different components involved in that drive-by-wire system. The throttle actuation module, throttle pedal position sensor, throttle body position sensors and all the wiring between each component. It sounds to me like if it's blowing the fuse that their is a wire that is possibly chaffed and shorting out causing the issue.
