Looking for replacement fuel tank for a 30 passenger Goshen Church bus. I have been told this is a 1998 P32 chassis and the OEM Chevy part # is 15721308 and is discontinued. A prior owner of 1998 Fleetwood Bounder installed one of these tanks as result of factory tank being filled with water and rusting. Inspection of the tank as installed does not disclose location of any drain hole. Can you tell me "smart" way to drain fuel/water/liquid from this installed tank? Is there any way other than lowering/removing tank and purging through removal of fuel pump opening?

The only way you can efficiently drain that tank is going to be putting a hose down the fill tube and pumping it out.
