I have a 2000 Damon Class A 36 ft RV with a GM workhorse chassis and 454 engine. Here's my question and you'll probably think I'm a little crazy but I do not recall seeing front shocks on this unit however what I do see are air bags inside the coil springs which are both busted. If I go with the upgraded springs do I still need the Air Bags and if not which would you recommend Air Bags or Upgraded Springs
( Bill, 11/30/2015 )Bill,
If you choose to go with the upgraded weight specific coil springs you will not need the airbags. I definitely recommend going this route because it will always maintain proper ride height. You will need to get the front end physically weighed on a scale to determine the correct spring weight rating. The shock absorbers may be difficult to see as the bottom mount is at the back of the lower control arm but unless someone altered the suspension they would be there.
Does the installation require removing the coil springs or will they slide in between the coils?
( David, 09/08/2015 )David,
I have been told that you should be able to compress the empty bag and slide it up through the hole in the bottom of the lower control arm.
Is this a complete unit with two airbags and air hoses (for easier access)?

Yes, this kit contains both air bags and also the air line with fittings.
