Hi Donald, if you have a Ford chassis with the V-10 , it is a great upgrade to help with power and reduce the downshifting they are known for.

There are a couple reasons that our tuner is not California Emissions Compliant. Although our tuner does not cause the vehicle to emit more emissions, there are very expensive legal hoops you must jump through to get a product such as ours approved by the California Air Resource Board (CARB). The other problem is that we are custom tuning to each individual vehicle which would not make it feasible to get approved for each calibration variation. California legal tuners are fairly generic and universal across the board for specific vehicles so that they don't have to get each calibration approved.

When they are difficult to locate, we generally find them on the right hand side of the steering column, up behind the dash panel.

Hello William, if modifications to the tune are needed , we would make them and email them to you to upload, they are not user adjustable .
