The W0000581 belt is the correct one for your VIN. It is the belt used on all W-Series motor homes.

In the pictures of this product it shows the belt routing, however, if you want detailed description on replacement you will want to download the Engine Service Manual for the appropriate year and model of your chassis. You can find those manuals by clicking here: Workhorse Service Manuals
