These mufflers are very similar in size, within a couple inches.

This muffler listed says it will fit a 2005 workhorse w22 chaises it states that you have to reuse the original flanges does that mean you cut the old ones off and reweld them on the new mufflers? ( Sherman Preble Jr, 05/24/2022 )

That is correct, we find installation to be the cleanest by cutting the old pipe as close to the muffler as possible so that you can just slip the pipe from the new muffler over that and still have a flanged connection.

These will fit your RV. Depending on if you weld or clamp, you might want to pick up a few 3" u-clamps from an auto parts store or muffler shop.
