This will cover the auto park but the marker light wiring would have been done by the body builder (Airsteam) so we won't have that information.

Does the wiring diagram include the wiring for the fan that blows air across the ac condenser on the front of the radiator. Im trying to trouble shoot why this fan doesn't come on.

Yes, this will cover that wiring. It just won't cover the interior dash control wiring.
