1055 vs 1056? Difference
( Lyman Perry, 08/25/2022 )
The valving is different based on the GVWR. The 8805-1055 is for the 2500 series and the 8805-1056 is for the 3500 series.
do these shocks fit on both 2 & 4wd sprinter?
( daniel , 07/08/2020 )
No, these fit 2wd models only.
The red konis I just put my sprinter are not manually adjustable
Please explain

Steve, All the Koni part#'s that start with 8805 are FSD and are self adjusting shocks. They do come in many colors, so always go by the part# instead of color.
What is the size of the nut and bolt head on the bolt that attaches the shocks top and bottom?
Or, what size of a socket and wrench do I need to do a replacement?
Thank you

We're sorry but we do not know that information. You may be able to get it from the Mercedes dealer if you give them a call.
I have a 2016 WBGO View (2015 MB 3500) understand the 8805 1056 are a fit for the rears - do you have the dimensions on this shock (extended length, compressed length, eyelet diameter and length)? I see that on some of your other FSD applications and want to confirm for myself that they are a fit.

The 8805-1056 is 20.5" extended and 13.25" collapsed center of eye to eye.
