I've got a 99 F250 with the V10. We installed custom gound cams, a full intake, no cat or egr. The intake is out of an 03. Looking to get a custom tune...are you guys able to so it or do you only deal with RV's?

We only work with stock internal engines as these types of upgrades really require dyno tuning to dial in.
I have a 2015 F650 Rollback tow truck it has a V10 and a torque shift automatic transmission. I can purchase an sctx4 without a problem. My question is are you able to do a tune for this vehicle that will raise or eliminate the speed limiter this is set to 75 mph and it constantly fights between 5th and 6th Gear because of that we live in Arizona in the desert with some mountains near and the inclines are almost impossible to negotiate. a boost in power and fuel economy would be good also

Yes, we can do that.
Hello, I have the last year of the V10 in my 2020 E450 motor home which is built on a 2019 chassis. The owners manual states that premium fuel is required in order to obtain rated power. I have never heard the engine ping when trying to run regular 87 octane fuel, but the power loss and loss of over 1.5 MPG is very noticeable. I'm told this engine doesn't have knock sensors, so how does it sense octane?
This only seems to be the case with the last 2 years of V10 production. How does you tuner address this?

For reasons unknown, Ford decided to omit knock sensors from the 2v V10 in the E-series 6.8L V10. I have heard of customers with completely stock tunes pinging on 87 and Ford tells them it's normal. We rely on known spark advance settings to make sure we don't push it to far and create pre-detonation. These engines do perform better on 91, especially in hot climates but they are designed to run on 87 without issues.
In 2020 I bought the "UPFORD" package (Tuner and tune) when the engine was stock. I have now installed the Banks PowerPack (Intake, headers and exhaust). Do I need to order a new tune that is optimized for the PowerPack?
( Gary B Sharrock, 02/24/2023 )
For that year model, you do not require a re-tune for the Banks PowerPack.
I loaded your custom tune to my f350. Really happy with the power when pulling my fifth wheel however, the transmission (twice) started venting fluid while towing. Has this been an issue after the tune? Is there an adjustment that needs to be made to my tune?
( Justin Baker, 11/27/2022 )
This issue is unlikely to have been caused by the tuning but you can return to stock to see if the issue occurs then. The 5R110W transmission in your truck has a known issue of venting fluid and TransGO actually makes a kit to correct the issue: https://transgo.com/product-details/5r110-vent-stop-leak/
