I want to put this muffler on my 2008 Monaco with the Cummings ISL 425 8.9L, is it that simple? Do I need anything special or am I over-thinking this. ( Robert, 12/21/2023 )

Due to the diesel particulate filter emissions system in your exhaust, it is not advisable to install this muffler.

Hi Dave, Without a doubt. We have installed many of these on that engine and the results are great!

What muffler do you recommend? Someone suggested your AT5050XL , but it says for vertical application, can it be mounted horizontal? Please make suggestion as we have lost our muffler and have no idea what kind it was? Thanks

The AT5050XL can be mounted horizontally ,this is free flowing design and will help keep exhaust temps down.

My coach is a 2007 Monaco Knight DFT with a Cummins ISC 8.3L engine. Would the Aero Turbine 5050xl be an appropriate upgrade for my coach? If I send you pictures of my exhaust routing, could you prepare a kit for,me? Also, does a free flow muffler like this put added stress/wear on the turbo? Is there a down side to this installations? Yes as long as you have 5" pipe or you can adapt to 5" it will work.
