Hello I was just curious as to why you no longer tune 96-97 vortec 454's ? Is their something different about them years ? I ask because i was going to purchase a truck with a vortec 454 in the next week or so and would like to use your service and wanted to ask that before i buy a certain model year.

The issue is not that we can't actually program them, it's that the ECM's used on the 1996-1997 trucks have proven to be troublesome in getting a good unit or having them ship and arrive without any issues.
I have a 98 gmc sierra k3500. I have install a cam, rocker arms. Underdrive pullie cold air intake and 3in exhaust all the way out . 4 in lift kit on 33s .it doesn't have cats anymore or smog pump. I use this truck in our 100 acres property . To move heavy equipment and trailers from one side to another. My question is if I purchase your tunning will you ship it to California? The truck never see pavement .

Unfortunately, even with it being an "off road use only" vehicle, we are not allowed to ship this product into California.
I have a 2000 c3500hd dumptruck manual transmission 7.4l cats have been removed at some point. Only used for towing/hauling. It could use some more power will this help?

Yes, we can tune this truck/engine and gain good power out of it.
Looking at purchasing a 99 l29 454 and 4l80e to install in a 90 c3500. What all can you do to help with this swap. All stock programming now. I believe it's out of a motor home but not sure.

We can assist with disabling security/VATs and other unneeded control systems. We do not provide general technical assistance in engine swaps but we can answer questions in regards to the programming.
I have a bone stock 99 suburban with a 454. Original cats and a stock muffler. No performance parts or anything done to the truck. Would the gains from this be worth it. What would a ballpark hp and tq number be for me. Also would this be a plug and play or would I need to swap stuff around on my end? Thanks.

Gains on a stock engine are usually between 30-40 horsepower and 40-45 lb. ft. torque. Definitely a noticeable difference and well worth it if you plan to hang onto the truck but would like a bit more power. It would be plug and play.
