What are the numbers for front and rear shocks for my 2000 Safari Serengeti Magnum 8 air bag suspension. Not the "velvet ride". Thank you ( Kris Hobbs, 09/11/2023 )
That should take the 8805-1004SP1 & 8805-1005SP1 Koni shocks.
have koni #88-1457SF1 been superseded to 88-1457SP1 ? ( chuck, 11/04/2021 )
To our knowledge, there has never been an "SF1" designation for a Koni shock.
I have a heavy coach on a 2016 F53 chassis. Whenever I've weighed the coach, it is always around the max GVW of 26K lbs. I'd like more sway control and softer damping (running aftermarket Bilstein's at the moment), so being able to adjust them is appealing. These shocks have very similar collapsed and extended length stats to the front F53 Koni shocks listed and so I can use these shocks on the F53 instead? ( Alex Blakey, 09/09/2021 )
Hello Alex, the dimensions certainly seem close enough to use them , they are valved for the rear suspension , so the application would be an experiment .
Koni 88-1457SP1 - I understand these are adjustable. How do you adjust them?

Thanks,

Brian

The adjustable Koni shocks can be adjusted by holding the shock up right and compressing it completely. While compressed- turn the bottom half of the shock clockwise to tighten dampening. Turn counter clockwise to loosen.
is this the price for each shock or a set of 2 ( James Egbers, 07/09/2019 )
Koni shocks are all priced individually.
