Just want to make sure I am requesting the right thing. My cluster, the LCD screen is definitely failing but the guages appear to work ok. if I send in for this repair, you'll also replace the guage motors, correct? My thought process is I might as well do the whole thing while it's out for the LCD repair. ( Drew, 04/16/2024 )
Hello Drew, the complete repair changes the LCD screen as well as the stepper motors for the gauges. We agree with your thought process on that as the gauge motors are somewhat failure prone and we have upgraded, lifetime warranted replacements we install.   Applications:

The speedometer does not work most of the time. Everything else works fine. The previous owner stated the problem started when he added a louder horn under the hood. I will check the diagnostics from the video I saw on your site to see if it is the cluster or cables. What do you think? I have a 2005 W22 chassis. Jeff ( Jeff Ray, 08/08/2023 )
Usually issues like these indicate a failing gauge stepper motor. We replace the gauge stepper motors only with this repair service: 105297G
While driving, especially on rough roads and interstates, the instrument cluster goes completely inactive, all gauges are at zero. Then when another stretch of rough roads, the cluster comes back to life and all gauges appear to be reporting proper readings. Could there be a loose or bare wait causing this.
Also, I see error code of 'no J1850 activity and a second error no J19-- activity'.
Is this repairable.

Based on your description of the issue, it definitely sounds like an issue with the wiring going to the cluster. I would try to massage the wiring harnesses under the dash to see if you can replicate the issue.
I have a 2005 Winnebago Sightseer WFD30B not sure of the workhorse version...and the LCD display is unreadable and i would like to get that fixed can you tell me what my options are and the cost? ( Robert Arndt, 05/08/2023 )
You can send in your cluster and we will replace the screen and all gauge motors for $299. Alternatively, you can purchase the screen only and do the repair yourself, which is $149.
My fuel gauge is off by about 1/4 tank indication. The fuel gauge will show 3/4 full when the tank is actually at 1/2 full.

Will the instrument full cluster repair (105297R) with stepper motor replacement/upgrade solve this issue or is it a problem with a fuel sensor sending unit somewhere else in the system?
( Dave Ritterbusch, 02/07/2023 )
You can isolate the issue to either the gauge itself or the sender by running a gauge sweep test on your cluster. Click HERE to read instructions on how to perform the gauge sweep test.
